Mr. Connell practices law in the areas of commercial & residential real estate, landlord/tenant, unlawful detainer, construction defect, estate planning, wills & trusts, and general civil litigation matters. Mr. Connell graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in May 2004. Mr. Connell has successfully litigated several trials in San Luis Obispo County and in Federal Court. During law school, Mr. Connell clerked with the United States Department of Justice in San Francisco, and assisted Lewis & Clark Law School's Low Income Legal Clinic helping to resolve unemployment compensation, residential evictions, and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy issues. Mr. Connell received his undergraduate degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in Environmental Engineering in 1998 and worked for a large multi-national design-build engineering firm in Walnut Creek, California before attending law school. Mr. Connell was also a scholarship Division I athlete in Soccer at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and played professional soccer until his law school admission.
